Content Budapest has announced a raft of key executives for its conference agenda designed to stimulate business throughout Central and Eastern Europe while connecting the international programming community with the local market.
In a series of keynote and buyer sessions, channel bosses and commissioning executives from pan-regional streamers, public service broadcasters, commercial channels and local platforms will discuss their content strategies, coproduction opportunities and new slates.
Other areas of the agenda will explore how to find the next format hit, the new models driving the strategies of international studios and distributors and how local drama producers are evolving content to find global success.
A series of forward-facing sessions will explore if FAST will be the next global trend to drive revenue across the region and the latest challenges and opportunities in the pay TV space.
In a focus on Turkey, executives from across the Turkish business will talk to coproduction opportunities and their current areas of focus. While leading industry analysts will dissect the latest data coming out of the region and discuss the implications for the local and wider business over the next 12 months and beyond.
